chik pea flour/Besan Flour :4 tblspns
Onion medium sized : 2-3
Coriander leaves: 2 cups
Green chillies 3-4
mustard seeds: 1 tblspn
Heat oil and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter add chopped green chillies and fry them. Now add finely chopped onion and fry till onion turn golden brown. Now add salt and then besan flour and stir mixing all the ingredients till the flour changes to light brown. Add finely chopped coriander leaves and cover the lid for 2 minutes. turn off heat and julka is ready to serve with Chapati or Rice flour Rotis/bhakri.
With puri the same can be made like a gravy. once the flour turns light brown, add 1cup water and let it boil. The water mixes with the flour and turns into a thick paste.
